Students registered only for zero-credit courses, for which no mandatory fees are paid, receive a student ID card but are not eligible for student services sustained by mandatory fees. These services include but are not limited to athletic events, recreation activities and services, transportation services, and health and counseling services.
Note: Binghamton Advantage Program (BAP) students pay a mandatory fee which allows them access to these services.
