Campus Tour


FitSpace, Binghamton's 10,000 square-foot campus fitness center, is housed in the East Gym, also known as the Campus Recreation Center, and offers a wide range of exercise options in addition to cardio and weightlifting equipment. Members can choose from a variety of group fitness classes, use the gym for group sports and then take a swim in the five-lane pool. Over 2,000 students participate in 42 recreational and competitive clubs annually and more than 3,000 play in the intramural program that offers a variety of individual and team sports at both recreational and competitive levels. Binghamton's Outdoor Pursuits offers classes as well as rental equipment for activities such as hiking and paddling on local rivers, and there's a Wellness Suite where students can opt for massages and nutritional advice for additional cost.
