The Rec Center pool offers weekly lap, recreational and family swim hours.  Additionally, classes and fitness sessions (like aqua aerobics and triathlon training) are offered each semester.

The Leadership Development Program for Supervisors focuses on individual, team and organizational leadership through interactive sessions, online modules and mentor relationships.

Nature Preserve Trails

The Binghamton campus has designated a Nature Preserve which encompasses 182 acres of land, including 20 acres of wetland. The preserve includes a number of maintained hiking trails and a wooden footbridge.
