Campus Recreation's free Find Your Fit classes are open to all current students, faculty and staff. Register for any class through B-Engaged.

FitCourt trainer takeover with Campus Rec

  • FitCourt (near the East Gym)

Experience fresh-air fitness with a bodyweight circuit workout led by a personal trainer at the FitCourt, the outdoor exercise area located next to the East Gym. Learn what exercises you can do for an effective and fun full-body training session. No membership is required for Find Your Fit activities, but you must register on B-Engaged.

Positive Thinking Day lunchtime walk around the brain

  • Meet in front of Admissions Center

Celebrate Positive Thinking Day on Wednesday, September 13 with a walk around the brain! Physical exercise boosts the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins. Endorphins help you feel better and more positive overall. During this event, you'll have a chance to learn more about and sign up for the free Steps to B-Healthy Walking Program. No membership is required for Find Your Fit activities, but you must register on B-Engaged.
