Find Your Fit
Find Your Fit programs are free activities for students, faculty and staff. Campus Recreation offers monthly Find Your Fit programming to help you try something new or rediscover something you love. No membership is required for Find Your Fit activities, but you must register on B-Engaged.
FitCourt is an outdoor bodyweight circuit training center located adjacent to the Rec Center at the East Gym. There are seven stations and 30 pieces of equipment to provide a full-body workout. The FitCourt is available to the university community at no additional charge.
FitSpace is located in the Rec Center at the East Gym and offers a large air-conditioned space dedicated to individual workouts. A variety of fitness equipment is available, including cardiovascular machines, selectorized circuits and free weights. A fitness membership (or day pass) is required for access to FitSpace.
Personal Training services include fitness evaluations, orientations to the equipment and individualized personal training sessions by appointment. A fitness membership is not required to purchase personal training services. Virtual training options are available for your convenience and comfort.
Specialty Wellness Classes
Specialty Wellness Classes are fee-based, 4- to 10-week programs that are open to students, faculty, staff and the general public. A fitness membership is not required to purchase these classes.
Additional wellness offerings include certifications, swim lessons, instructional programming, and free classes that enhance personal wellness. We look forward to helping you reach your personal fitness and wellness goals!
Wellness Services Suite
The Wellness Services Suite has dedicated treatment rooms for massage therapy, nutritional assessments and fitness evaluations. A fitness membership is not required to purchase these services.
