LINDSAY ZEZELIC

Lindsay is a sophomore majoring in Psychology (pre-health). Lindsay's interests are in strength and functional training, as well as endurance running. Lindsay brings a comprehensive approach to fitness. Beyond her dedication to health and wellness, Lindsay's favorite food are Cheerios!

MICHAELA MURPHY

Michaela is a junior majoring in Neuroscience and is CPR/AED certified. With a passion for long-distance running and prior experience as a rower, Michaela offers a unique blend of athletic expertise to her training sessions.

SUNNY MANGAT

Sunny is a sophomore majoring in Biology. Specializing in muscle growth, Sunny brings a dedicated focus to helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

ANTONIO VECCHIO

Antonio is a junior majoring in Financial Economics with training interests in hypertrophy and bodybuilding. With a black belt in Kempo, Antonio brings discipline and dedication to his training approach.

Brenna is a a sophomore and her training interests include powerlifting. Breanna also has previous experience doing CrossFit!

John is a junior studying Graphic Design and is passionate about running, rowing, and powerlifting training.

EMILY KOLIN

Emily is a senior majoring in Integrative Neuroscience and holds multiple certifications, including being lifeguard certified! Emily is interested in resistance and strength training. Outside of fitness, she enjoys spending her free time snowboarding and is currently training for a half marathon.

Jacob is a sophomore and CPR/AED certified. Specializing in bodybuilding training, Jacob's expertise extends to classic physique competition, where he currently competes. With a passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals, Jacob provides personalized training programs tailored to each client's needs.

JACKSON KRAJNAK

Jackson is a senior triple-majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Law, with certifications as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Yoga Teacher, and AFAA Pilates Instructor. Jackson's passion lies in introducing newcomers to the transformative practices of yoga and Pilates, guiding them through the exploration of body and mind. Witnessing individuals achieve poses for the first time or develop increased body awareness brings him joy. Jackson also love to DJ!

NAGELY GARCES RODRIGUEZ

Nagely is a senior majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Health and Wellness Studies. Nagely holds certifications in ACE Group Fitness, LES MILLS BODYPUMP, and AFAA Yoga. She loves teaching both BODYPUMP and Yoga because she believes these are the perfect combination for improving physical fitness and mental well-being. A fun fact about Nagely is from San Germán, Puerto Rico!

Ben is our kickboxing expert with 17 years of experience. He is a a graduate student pursuing his Master's in Business Administration, Benjamin brings passion and precision to each group fitness session. Get ready to elevate your workout with Benjamin's dynamic classes.

Zola is a sophomore and certified in AFAA Yoga, ACE GroupFit, and Schwinn Spin. Zola's passionate about spin, where she leads invigorating sessions to help you push your limits and achieve your fitness goals. A fun fact about Zola is she can solve a Rubik's Cube in under a minute!

REILLY KRUEGER

Reilly is a junior majoring in Integrative Neuroscience and a minor in Health and Wellness. Reilly teaches Spinning and Barre classes. With Reilly, you'll experience high-energy vibes and the perfect opportunity to jam out to music while spinning.

Meet Dahlia Morel, our sophomore Business Administration student and enthusiastic Pink Gloves Boxing (PGB) instructor. Join her dynamic classes for an empowering workout experience. Plus, Dahlia is currently completing a Group Fitness Internship!
