If you plan on being on campus prior to Orientation and will need services from the International Student and Scholar Services Office (ISSS), make sure you make note of our office hours during this period.
ISSS is currently operating on winter hours (weekdays from 8:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.) through Friday, January 12.
From Monday, December 25 through Monday, January 1, ISSS staff will not be on campus, and voicemail and email will be monitored periodically.
On Monday, January 15, the ISSS will be unavailable due to the holiday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Regular business hours (weekdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) resume on Tuesday, January 16.
Advising Hours:
ISSS holds advising hours on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. and
Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Dining and Transportation during Winter Break:
Plan ahead for meals and transportation as options will be limited at times.
All pre-arrival emails will be posted here for future reference. Emails will only be posted once they have been distributed to incoming students.
