The Research Foundation for SUNY P-Card is a VISA Corporate Card issued through the Bank of America (BOA) and administered by Sponsored Funds Administration at Binghamton University. The P-Card provides a convenient method for Principal Investigators and authorized staff to make small dollar purchases for items necessary to conduct their sponsored program.
Purchases up to $2,500 may be made using the P-Card. The P-Card may be used to purchase goods at stores or on the internet. Monthly, cardholders reconcile their statements through the use of the RF BOA Monthly Reconciliation workflow located on the myBinghamton site. Required documents include the statement and receipts for the purchases made using the P-Card. Monthly reconciliations are due within 30 days of the statement date.
