Concentration Declaration
MBA Declaration of Concentration
Submit this form if you are declaring a concentration as an MBA student in the School
of Management. Please note:
- MS Accounting students are not able to declare a concentration.
- Concentrations are optional. If you do not declare a concentration, you will select business electives of your choice that align with your career goals
Course Registration
Graduate Course Waiver
Submit this form if you would like to request course waiver(s) based on coursework
completed during your time as an undergraduate student.
Credit-Hour Overload Petition
Submit this form if you are looking to take over 16 credits (20 credits max).
Internships & Independent Study
Graduate Internship Application
If you are interested in applying for a graduate internship, please complete and submit
this form. Note:
- Interns are expected to spend 12-15 hours per week for 4-credit hours (semester consists of 15 weeks). For the 10-week summer session, interns should expect to work a minimum of 18 hours per week for 4 credits.
For-Credit Student Teaching Assistant
Complete this form if you are serving as a teaching assistant for a class in the School
of Management.
