Current Position: Senior Technical Consultant / Founder - EMHInternational

Experience: Development manager with over 20 years of experience in all facets of systems development from project inception through analysis/design, coding and production deployment. Possess in-depth expertise pertaining to process methodologies such as DMAIC as well as the overall framework supporting Systems Engineering. Specifically, act as a subject matter expert in systems development methodologies that encompass the totality of life cycle development. This includes not only aspects related to various types of iterative and structured methodologies, but also how project management and execution models such as Agility, Scrum and Dev Ops intertwine to enable application of a comprehensive approach to program management and systems development.

Lisa Platt

Academic Background: MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology, BA in Interior Design
Research Areas: Impact of Engineered Systems on Human Decision Making
Current Position: Research Faculty and Assistant Professor at University of Florida
Experience: ASQ Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt; experience concentration is in Lean and Statistical Process Control of healthcare service and product delivery processes. Twenty-five years of tenure in the field of organizational strategy, human development, and environmental planning and sustainability management for private and federal health systems in the US and abroad. Currently also holds professional licenses with the States of Tennessee and Florida Boards for Architecture, Engineering and Design regulation.
