Massage therapists

Our staff of Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) have completed advanced training and are proficient in numerous styles of massage and energy work. Meet our therapists and learn a little more about their philosophies and training. We welcome your questions and feedback.

Charles Napolitano, LMT

  • Finger Lakes School of Massage graduate
  • Advanced training in Shiatsu studying with Master Wataru Ohashi, at the Ohashi Institute in NYC
  • Advanced certification in Thai Yoga Massage from the Lotus Palm School
  • Master-Instructor level in Integrated Energy Therapy

As a Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung practitioner, Charles' interest in cultivating the Chi energy has led him to a deeper study of energy/bodywork and holistic health in eastern modalities. He is an Instructor of Shiatsu at the Finger Lakes School of Massage.

In addition to Thai Yoga Massage and Shiatsu, Charles also practices Swedish Massage, Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger point), and Integrative Energy Therapy.

He feels that each step in massage therapy brings profound understanding and appreciation of human individual and community.

Charles is grateful to be given the opportunity to practice meditation and Metta (loving-kindness) in his professional work.

Sharon Little, LMT

  • Finger Lakes School of Massage graduate
  • Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Hydrotherapy
  • Certified Level 3 Reiki Master
  • Certified in hot stone therapy

Sharon loves when clients discover body awareness during the massage and she loves melting the knots away. Many clients ask how she got into the field and her answer is that she would massage her mom's friends while they were having their coffee to listen into adult conversations.

Sharon practices hot stone, Reiki, Swedish Massage, deep tissue, and pregnancy massage. Massage is great to maintain body posture with self-care.

Sharon is a member of AIM (Association of Independent Massage Therapists).
