Workshop Arrival Instructions
GPS addressBinghamton University Downtown Center 67 Washington Street Binghamton, NY 13902
To allow travel time and to minimize the number of nights necessary in a hotel for as many attendees as possible, the first presentation will begin at 10:00 am on Thursday morning. The workshop will end at 3:00 pm on Friday.
The Binghamton University Downtown Center has a limited number of parking spaces available. On-site parking will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Municipal parking is available nearby if on-site parking becomes full. Workshop attendees staying at nearby hotels are strongly encouraged to walk to the workshop from the hotel.
The parking lot can be accessed via Susquehanna Street (back side of the building – southwest corner). Attendees will require an access code to gain access to the parking lot. This code will be provided approximately one or two weeks prior to the Workshop. Since there are other events sharing the lot with us, the code is only valid for the first 30 vehicles associated with this workshop. Once the access code has been used 30 times, the code will no longer work and you will need to park in a nearby municipal lot at your own expense.
The junction of Route 81 and Route 17 in Binghamton is undergoing a multi-year construction project. This project has resulted in minor to moderate delays in Binghamton so adding a little extra time to your travel plans may be prudent.
