Campus-wide student poster sessions will be held Friday, May 1, as part of Binghamton Research Days and Festival of the Arts. Undergraduate and graduate students from any discipline are invited to present work conducted with a Binghamton University faculty mentor. 

At Binghamton, we define undergraduate research as a mentor-supported inquiry, creative activity or scholarly investigation conducted by an undergraduate that makes an original intellectual or creative contribution to the discipline. Original can be defined as a meaningful contribution by the student; it should be entirely or partially novel; it may reveal more questions than answers.

Abstracts are due by March 20 for all students who wish to participate. One author per poster should complete this form. Poster PDFs will be due by April 15 for students who wish to take advantage of printing paid for by the Division of Academic Affairs. 

Posters for this program should be 48 inches wide and 36 inches high and must include the current campus logo as well as sufficient margins for printing. Here are several recommended poster templates:
