Leica SP5 Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope

The Leica SP5 system has nine laser lines and five tunable PMT detectors. The prism base beam splitter (AOBS) allows free selection of up to five lasers. Acousto Optical Tunable Filter (AOTF) allows fast laser line switch. Each PMT detector is individually tunable over the entire visible spectrum range, 400-800nm.
