Welcome to our campus! We have provided the following to guide you through the employment process at Binghamton University.
As a new employee, we will need you to complete various forms before you begin. Completed forms should be forwarded to Human Resources on or before your start date to avoid a delay in your initial paycheck and employee benefits (if applicable). Documentation is required for the I-9 form. This form must be signed in person at a Human Resources location most convenient for you.
Our locations for I-9 and new employee forms completion:
-
Human Resources Main Office, Couper Administration Building, 2nd Floor, Room 244
-
Student Service Center, Couper Administration Building, 2nd Floor, Room 225
If you do not have a local address at the time of your hire, you may want to consider using your department's mailing address when completing your forms. Please notify Human Resources as soon as possible once you have a permanent home address.
