Fundraising team expands to support University growth

•  Jay Duseau ’98, MBA ’11, joined the Division of Advancement on Feb. 1 as director of development – liaison to the School of Management. He is working closely with the major gift team and the fundraising staff in SOM. He previously worked as a senior associate in the sales department at R&J Components in Hauppauge, N.Y.

Duseau’s degrees from Binghamton include a bachelor’s in marketing and Master of Business Administration with a healthcare concentration.

•  James Wilson ’14 was hired as a development officer – liaison to the Watson School. He joined the Division of Advancement on March 1. He previously worked as a solutions specialist at Verizon Wireless in Binghamton.

Wilson spent four years in the U.S. Army, including as an assistant team leader. He was deployed to Iraq from 2004 to 2005, and awarded the Army Commendation Medal.

He has an associate degree in business administration from Broome Community College (now SUNY Broome) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Binghamton.
