ITS Organization
Information Technology Services establishes, monitors and maintains information technology systems and services, and utilizes strategic planning to operate and improve upon current and future IT initiatives. The ITS Organization consists of several groups listed below:
• Office of the CIO:
Project Management, Cyberinfrastructure Plan
• Technology Support Services:
ITS Help Desk (Student, Faculty and Staff support), Technical Support, ResCon Program,
Public Computing Labs (including student printing, VDI)
• Operations and Infrastructure:
Network Administration (Get connected, WiFi, eduroam, Ethernet, connecting off campus,
cable/telephone and more), Operations, Security Infrastructure & Support, Telecommunications
• Enterprise Systems and Applications:
Database, Virtual Computing, Enterprise Backup, Operating Platforms, Google Apps and
more
• Information Security:
Report any suspicious emails or data security threats, request to add/change a firewall
and Anti-virus, malware, Ransomware, Phishing, Security Information Support and more
• Innovation and Research Computing Support
