ITS Organization

Information Technology Services establishes, monitors and maintains information technology systems and services, and utilizes strategic planning to operate and improve upon current and future IT initiatives. The ITS Organization consists of several groups listed below:

 

Office of the CIO:
Project Management, Cyberinfrastructure Plan

Technology Support Services:
ITS Help Desk (Student, Faculty and Staff support), Device Support, ResCon Program, Public Computing Labs - PODS (including student printing, VDI), Innovation and Research Support (including ETS, STEAM Room and more)

Operations and Infrastructure:
Network Administration (Get connected, WiFi, eduroam, Ethernet, connecting off campus, cable/telephone and more), Operations, Physical Security, Telecommunications

Enterprise Systems and Applications:
Database, Virtual Computing, Enterprise Backup, Operating Platforms, Google Apps and more

Security:
Report any suspicious emails or data security threats, request to add/change a firewall and Anti-virus, malware, Ransomware, Phishing, Security Information Support and more
