Gift to advance development of Health Sciences Campus

An alumnus, who wishes to remain anonymous, donated 42-46 Corliss Ave. in Johnson City to BFSS LLC, an affiliate of the Binghamton University Foundation. The three-acre property, a former industrial site, is appraised at $1.8 million.

The gift will be used to help Binghamton University develop its Health Sciences Campus, future home of the Decker School of Nursing and School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Acquisition of the former industrial site continues the University’s work with public and private partners to educate our future healthcare workforce and translate health sciences-based research into opportunities for pharmaceutical product development and other healthcare applications.
