Do you intend to graduate this semester?
Graduating students must complete required forms to notify the university of their intent to graduate.
- Undergraduate students must submit the Application for Degree by the posted deadline for the semester. For spring graduates, pay particular attention to this deadline if you want to be included in the spring commencement program.
- Graduate students must submit both the Graduate Application for Degree and the Recommendation for Award form by the posted deadlines for the semester.
- If you need to cancel your application or change your diploma address, please email the Degree Coordinator.
- Students who are degree candidates are not eligible for a time ticket to participate in pre-registration for the next semester.
Federal Aid and fulfilled degree requirements
Once degree requirements are met for a first undergraduate degree, students are no longer eligible for Pell Grant or SEOG funding. On a case-by-case basis, students may be eligible for federal loans if pursuing a double degree or a subsequent undergraduate degree.
