We all know technology is not perfect, issues are bound to happen. If you experience any tech issue whether it be from Wi-Fi and Brightspace to automated door buttons and ID scanning, please report the issue to the I.T.S. Department in order for swift resolution.
This is the I.T.S. TeamDynamix page (IT Self Service), it hosts the necessary select links to use for reporting issues or problems to the I.T.S. tech support department. You can access these links by selecting the search bar and searching for the specific issue (keywords about that issue) or typing in “report” for a complete list of available reporting services. Since some of these resolutions are for simpler issues, such as passwords, printing troubles, and Google Apps, consult the Knowledge Base first – it may save you time and frustration! Just search for your issue and a helpful article might easily resolve your issue. If you’re still confused or not sure of how to resolve a tech issue - contact the Help Desk.
