KDF Sputter Down System
The KDF sputter down system is on site, has been accepted and qualified and is now in daily use to sputter Cr/Cu on framed PI substrate films and well as pieces of PET and PEEK. In addition DC/RF sputter capability is being added to this tool to enable dielectric sputtering.
